Crazy Chocolate Bomb Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup maida ( apf)
• 3/4 cup wheat flour 
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 2.5 tbsp oil / melted butter
• 1/4 cup sugar 
• 1/4 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup water - Pouring consistency
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1-2 drops of lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp vanilla

Procedure

Step 1:: Combine water and yogurt to make thick buttermilk 
Step 2: Sieve and mix all dry ingredients. 
Step 3: Fold dry and wet ingredients. Whip until a smooth thick batter like idli batter . Keep aside for 10 mins.

Step 4: You can make waffle/Pan cake or Cake Bomb using above batter

Direction to make Waffles
- Spread over the waffle maker and cook till it become crunchy. 

Direction to make Pancakes

- Heat a non stick pan
- Spread the batter 
-Cook both sides

Cake bombs

- You need a appe pan to make a cake bomb.
- Heat  and grease the cavities with oil.

- Drop a spoon full of batter roll the pan to cover the outer area with batter.
- Add any truffle in the center (or just add any plain chocolates).
- Top it with remaining batter
-Cook on low temp turning the cake balls after they have cooked from one side (It should take 2-3 mins).
- Serve it hod. Sprinkle some some powdered sugar,
