Ingredients Required:
White chocolate (You can use Morde)
Paan flavor (preferably gel/oil based)
Gulkand (I used patanji gulkand)
Chocolate Mould (Any Shape)
Step 1: Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler (35 degrees or less)
Step 2: Add paan flavor in the chocolate
Step 3: Take a chocolate mould of your choice and fill the mould halfway, then spoon a bit of gulkand filling in the center of the chocolate. Pour more chocolate on top of the filling to fill the mold to the top.
Step 4: Put the mould in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the refrigerator and flip over the mould onto a sheet of foil/butter paper. Those delightful and perfectly shaped cuties will pop out.
Is it possible to make Gulkand at home?
