A 2 min chocolate mud cake is one my most simple and yummiest recipe which can be whipped up at any time.. Enjoy
Ingredients Required for Mug Cake:
1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Baking powder
Salt - a pinch
2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
Recipe Process
Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredient and run it through sieve to get rid of any lumps
step 2: Mix in oil and milk.
Step 3: Batter should be in pouring state (else ads little more milk.)
Step 4: Pour it in a mug.
(Add choco chip - optional)
Step 5: Microwave it for 1 minute at 600 degree. check if the cake has cooked. If not microwave for further 30 seconds. Remove and cool it for 10 mins.
Step:6 Enjoy your super moist mug cake with your favorite cafe mocha.
