Pannacotta Recipe

Finally here is a recipe of a magnificent fruit Panna Cotta custard with fruit Jelly



Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Custard



Grapes - 10-12
Sliced mango - 2 tbsp
Sliced apple - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Vanilla custard - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3 cups glass


Ingredients for Jelly:



Juice - 500ml liter (any of your choice -orange, rasberry, mixed fruit, apple)
Agar-Agar - 2 tbsp



Making fruit jelly for Pannacotta:

Step 1: In a medium saucepan, place 250ml juice.  Bring it to the boil. Remove from heat and whisk in agar agar to dissolve. Stir through remaining juice in this mixture.


Step 2:  Pour this mixture juice into a tilted glass. (as shown in pic below-use a kitchen bowl to place your glass in tilted position) Refrigerate for 3-4 hours,to set.






Making fruit Custard for Pannacotta :





Step 1:  Add custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk and stir until all lumps dissolve. 

Step 2: Take milk in any vessel and place it on flame. 

Step 3: After 4-5 minutes, when milk starts simmering, add custard batter steadily. Keep stirring the milk with help of a spoon. Add entire custard batter and mix nicely. Add sugar as well. 

Step 4: Stir the milk-custard batter rigorously and cook for 7-8 minutes until it gets thick in consistency. 

Placing custard over jelly:

Step 1: Add the chilled custard mixture over the set jell.



 Step 2: Top it with your strawberry and serve chilled..
